World Health Day is traditionally celebrated on April 7th. We decided to devote the whole week to a healthy lifestyle and called it Daxx Healthy Week. From sports contests to culinary master classes — we prepared a bunch of online activities for our teammates.
DAXX WFH CHALLENGE — a fun sports contest to see how Daxxers work out at home. Participants did squats, push-ups, and planking online in real time. Vova Ostrikov and Igor Polyvanyi — coaches from Team 404 — kept the whole process under control. The winners were awarded with special gifts for their athletic achievements.
- 1 place — Svitlana Kalynychenko from Daxx Dnipro became the owner of a trendy balance board.
- 2 place — Artem Kazak from Daxx Kyiv received a handy sports shaker.
- 3 place — Anastasiia Batarei, Dmytro Zhuzhniev, and Daria Chepurna from Daxx Kharkiv won tasty and healthy treats.

MORNING YOGA with Mykhailo Bezverkhyi — a hatha yoga instructor with 15 years of experience and a former trainer of martial arts. We did yoga twice a week, and this calm and refreshing activity kept us energized all day long.
CULINARY MASTER CLASS by Zhenya Klymenko — a chief cook of “Tin Tin” Vietnamese restaurant. Daxxers cooked delicious noodles with veal and vegetables in teriyaki sauce. The working day ended with a very tasty supper. Yummy!
LECTURE “HOW TO EAT HEALTHY DURING THE QUARANTINE” by Anastasiia Nechyporenko (Bun) — a certified nutrition specialist. Daxxers learned how to turn healthy nutrition into a life-long habit. You can find the key takeaways from the lecture here.
Daxx Healthy Week brought us lots of positive emotions and new knowledge in one package. Thanks to everyone for your energy, active involvement, and for making this happen.
