We are looking for a hands-on Employer Branding Manager to develop and execute a global strategy for Daxx that encompasses and leverages our core values and strategic vision.
The Employer Brand Manager will work with the Executive leadership and Marketing teams to highlight and support the culture and implement communication programs that effectively promote Daxx’s culture and brand and assist in connecting, engaging and retaining employees.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Daxx employer brand
- Follow the latest trends in building communities (+100 extra points if you have such experience)
- Build branding programs and implement them
- Together with HR and Marketing teams to increase Daxx visibility in key markets
- Evolve Daxx employment branding strategy to connect Daxx culture and value proposition to attract top talent
- Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Enhance the look and feel of communications throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle
- Successfully implemented practical cases of brand promotion
- Prior marketing, brand, and social media experience (preferably within recruiting or talent brand)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver targeted recruitment marketing, social media, and employee value proposition building strategies
- Strong social and communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and priority setting
- Deadline oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
