Daxx is looking for QA Manager to join Exabeam team in Kyiv.

As a QA Manager, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers to test frontend and backend applications for various products that make up the Exabeam Security Intelligence Platform.
Own the overall schedules and release cycles for various product areas, prioritize workload and coordinate planning.
Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on key metrics. Drive deliverables for multiple projects and releases.
You will work closely with various parties in the company (Engineers, Product Management, etc.)
2+ years of practical experience in tests automation development
2+ years of team leading experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with managing multiple projects and release schedules
Proven experience as a QA manager, Team Leader or supervisor successfully leading a remote team for a foreign company
Strong experience in managing or overseeing a team of 8 – 10 or more QA engineers testing frontend and backend applications
Strong experience in managing testing timelines and schedules for major product releases, as well as customer patch releases.
Strong experience with test automation tools/frameworks (i.e. Cucumber, Postman/Newman, py.test, Robot Framework, etc.)
Strong experience with continuous integration tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Hudson, etc.
Strong working knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and be well versed in the various types of tests
Terrific communication/interaction skills to collaborate and work well as a member of the engineering team, as well as a stakeholder outside of engineering
Extremely organized in keeping track and documenting results for various stages of the product development lifecycle
Nice to have
Knowledge of Java, Groovy, CSS, HTML, JSON, XPath
Knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Docker is a big plus
Knowledge of RESTful web service design principles
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components
Knowledge of AWS services and/or Cloud-based methodologies
Knowledge of test case management systems such as TestRail
